Booking & Appointments
How can I make a booking?
The easiest way is to message us directly — we respond quickly!
You can contact us anytime on Messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram, or call us directly. We’ll confirm your appointment right away.
If you’re nearby, you can also stop in to check availability in person. We recommend booking in advance whenever possible, especially during weekends and holidays.
Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?
Appointments are recommended since we can get very busy, but walk-ins are always welcome if time allows. Even if you’re close by, it’s best to message or call first — even 15 minutes ahead — so we can confirm availability.
What if I’m running late?
If your taxi is delayed, weather changes, or plans shift, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand things happen, especially for tourists, but notice helps us adjust our schedule so others aren’t affected.
If you arrive too late, we may need to shorten or modify your service to stay on time for the next client.
What if I need to cancel?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We completely understand that travel plans can change suddenly — any advance notice is appreciated so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is needed for regular bookings. For large group appointments or premium services that require extra preparation time, we may request a small deposit to secure your spot.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
Absolutely — and walk-ins too. Just message us first to make sure we can fit you in. We’re very good at juggling schedules and finding spots, so we simply ask that guests show up on time or let us know if plans change. That way, we can help as many people as possible.
Services & Treatments
What types of services do you offer?
We provide manicures, pedicures, BIAB and gel overlays, gel and acrylic extensions, fill-ins, nail art, foot scrubs, and discreet waxing. Our technicians use top-quality products and provide friendly, welcoming service in a clean, comfortable setting.
What’s the difference between regular polish, gel, and BIAB?
- Regular polish – Regular nail polish is the classic option and still very popular. It takes longer to dry in Thailand’s humidity than it might at home, so we remind guests to allow extra drying time before heading out or putting on shoes. Once fully dry, it can last about a week or more depending on your activities and care.
- Gel polish – Gel polish is cured under LED light and dries instantly, so there’s no waiting time and no chance of smudging. It stays glossy and chip-free for around two weeks or longer, making it perfect for travel or busy schedules. Removal should always be done professionally to protect the natural nail.
- BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) – BIAB is a flexible strengthening gel designed to protect natural nails and encourage growth. It gives the same long-lasting shine as gel polish but with added structure and strength, ideal if your nails tend to peel, split, or need extra support. It’s also great for travelers who want strong, natural-looking nails that last three to four weeks.
What’s the difference between gel and acrylic nails?
Both add length and strength, but there are key differences:
- Gel extensions are lighter, odor-free, and look more natural with a smooth, glossy finish. They’re cured under LED light and create less dust or smell, which makes them more comfortable for both guests and technicians.
- Acrylic nails are created using a liquid monomer and powder, which produces strong, durable results — but also releases fumes. Because of that, all acrylic work at Chic Nail Salon is done in a separate room upstairs to protect clients and staff from the smell.
Acrylic is sometimes preferred for very long nails or specific designs, but for most people we recommend gel or BIAB — they’re gentler on the nails, lighter to wear, and far more pleasant to sit through.
Can you refill BIAB, gel, or acrylic nails?
Yes, we offer refills and maintenance for all of these systems. Refills are usually needed every two to three weeks and are faster and more affordable than a full new set.
What is a structured manicure?
A structured manicure uses a strengthening gel layer (often BIAB or builder gel) to smooth and protect the natural nail. It helps prevent breaks and keeps nails looking perfectly shaped between visits.
Do you offer nail repair for broken nails?
Yes — if one or two nails break or chip, we can repair them individually without redoing the entire set.
Do you offer treatments for weak or damaged nails?
Absolutely. BIAB overlays and strengthening base gels can help protect thin or brittle nails and promote natural growth over time.
Can I bring my own polish or design ideas?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own polish or show design inspiration photos. Our team will do our best to match or recreate your look.
Can I bring my own nail tools?
Absolutely. Many guests prefer to use their own tools. We also sell brand-new, individually packaged tool sets that you can take home.
All of our metal tools are autoclaved (sterilized in a medical-grade machine), sealed in sterile bags, and opened in front of you for each use.
We also offer personal nail file sets that you can purchase and keep for your next visit.
Pedicures & Foot Treatments
Is your pedicure also a foot scrub?
No — these are separate services. Our pedicures include soaking, nail shaping, cuticle care, light exfoliation, and polish.
Our foot scrub is a 45-minute standalone treatment that uses a chemical exfoliation process to remove calluses and deeply soften the feet.
What’s the difference between a regular and spa pedicure?
A spa pedicure includes a light scrub and soak — it’s a more relaxing version of a basic pedicure — but it’s not the same as a full foot scrub or callus treatment.
If you want smoother heels or deeper exfoliation, we recommend booking the foot scrub service in addition to your pedicure.
Do you offer callus removal or foot scrub services?
Yes! Our foot scrub treatment is designed specifically for callus and dead-skin removal. It’s one of our most popular services, especially for travelers who walk a lot around Chiang Mai.
Waxing Services
Do you offer waxing, and for whom?
Yes, we offer discreet waxing services for women and men. Common options include arms, legs, underarms, and facial waxing.
We use gentle, high-quality wax suitable for sensitive skin, and we can always test a small area first.
Hygiene & Safety
How do you maintain hygiene and sterilization?
Cleanliness is one of our top priorities. Every metal tool is sterilized in an autoclave and sealed until use. Non-metal items are sanitized and replaced frequently.
Our salon is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Samsung PM 2.5 air filters and air-quality monitors, making it a clean, comfortable sanctuary — especially during Chiang Mai’s burning season.
Do you offer comfort items?
Yes — we provide blankets for anyone who feels chilly and offer free coffee, tea, and refreshments to all guests.
Can I still book if I have a nail issue or sensitivity?
Please let us know before your appointment if you have any nail concerns, sensitivities, or recent injuries. We’ll check what’s safe and suggest alternatives if needed.
Pricing & Payments
Are taxes or service charges added to the price?
No — all prices already include taxes and fees. There are no service charges.
Are tips required?
Tips are never required but always appreciated. Our technicians work hard, and gratuities are a great way to show your appreciation if you’re happy with the service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, as well as credit and debit cards. Please note that card payments include a 3 % bank fee charged by Thai banks.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We don’t have ongoing combo discounts for mani-pedis, but we sometimes run seasonal promotions, especially outside of high season. You can always ask — if there’s an offer running, we’ll let you know.
Aftercare & Maintenance
How long will my nails last?
Gel polish usually lasts 2 + weeks, while BIAB or extensions last around 3–4 weeks depending on your activities and care routine.
How can I take care of my nails after my appointment?
Moisturize daily, avoid using nails as tools, and wear gloves when cleaning. If you notice any lifting or damage, please don’t peel or pick — message us for advice.
Can I swim or go to the hot springs after getting my nails done?
Gel and BIAB are completely fine for swimming once fully cured. Regular polish needs several hours to dry completely before long water exposure.
When’s the best time to get my nails done before traveling?
We recommend booking at least a day before your flight so your nails have time to fully set, and you can relax without rushing.
Should I do my nails before or after elephant tours or outdoor activities?
After. Activities like elephant bathing, ziplining, or hiking can be rough on your hands and nails, so it’s best to plan your appointment once you’ve finished those adventures.
What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
Please reach out to us right away. We’ll review your concern and do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.

Can we sit together if we come as friends or a couple?
We’ll always try to seat groups together whenever possible, depending on availability and service type.
Do you welcome men and children?
Yes, everyone is welcome. We offer comfortable, professional services for men and can adjust treatments for children as needed.
Is your salon air-conditioned?
Yes — fully. We maintain a comfortable, clean, climate-controlled space with filtered air year-round.
Group Bookings
Do you take group bookings?
Yes! We’ve hosted groups of up to 11 people with advance notice. While we can’t always do everyone at the same time, we can stagger appointments so everyone enjoys the experience together.
We have comfortable seating inside and can suggest great nearby cafés or spots to relax while friends finish their treatments.

ถ้ามาสายทำอย่างไร?
หากแท็กซี่มาช้า ฝนตก หรือมีเหตุให้ล่าช้า กรุณาแจ้งเราทันที เราเข้าใจดีว่าทุกอย่างไม่แน่นอน โดยเฉพาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว แต่การแจ้งล่วงหน้าช่วยให้เราจัดคิวได้ดีขึ้น

ถ้าต้องยกเลิกคิว?

ความแตกต่างระหว่างยาทาเล็บธรรมดา เจล และ BIAB คืออะไร?
- ยาทาเล็บธรรมดา – เป็นตัวเลือกคลาสสิกที่ยังคงได้รับความนิยม แต่ในอากาศชื้นของเชียงใหม่ ยาจะใช้เวลานานกว่าที่จะแห้ง จึงควรรอให้แห้งสนิทก่อนใส่รองเท้าหรือออกไปข้างนอก เมื่อแห้งดีแล้วจะอยู่ได้นานประมาณหนึ่งสัปดาห์ขึ้นไป ขึ้นอยู่กับกิจกรรมของคุณ

ส่วน Foot Scrub เป็นบริการแยกต่างหาก ใช้เวลา 45 นาที เป็นการขัดเท้าด้วยสารเคมีอย่างอ่อนโยนเพื่อขจัดผิวแข็งและทำให้เท้านุ่มขึ้นอย่างล้ำลึก

ความสะอาดคือสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดของเรา อุปกรณ์โลหะทุกชิ้นผ่านการฆ่าเชื้อในเครื่อง Autoclave และซีลปิดไว้จนกว่าจะใช้งาน
ร้านเรามีเครื่องกรองอากาศ Samsung PM 2.5 พร้อมระบบตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศ และเปิดแอร์เย็นสบายตลอดวัน เป็นที่หลบจากอากาศร้อนหรือฝุ่นช่วงฤดูเผาไหม้ได้อย่างดี

เราไม่มีส่วนลดประจำ แต่จะมีโปรโมชั่นตามฤดูกาล โดยเฉพาะช่วงโลว์ซีซัน สามารถสอบถามได้เลยถ้ามีโปรโมชั่นอยู่ในขณะนั้น
การดูแลหลังทำเล็บ
เล็บจะอยู่ได้นานแค่ไหน?
เจลอยู่ได้ประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไป ส่วน BIAB หรือเล็บต่อจะอยู่ได้ประมาณ 3–4 สัปดาห์ ขึ้นอยู่กับการดูแลและกิจกรรมของแต่ละคน
ควรดูแลเล็บอย่างไรหลังทำ?
ทาครีมบำรุงมือและเล็บทุกวัน หลีกเลี่ยงการใช้เล็บเปิดของ และใส่ถุงมือเมื่อล้างจานหรือทำความสะอาด ถ้าเล็บเริ่มยกหรือแตก ห้ามดึงออกเอง ให้ติดต่อเรามาได้เลย
สามารถว่ายน้ำหรือแช่น้ำพุร้อนได้ไหมหลังทำเล็บ?
เจลและ BIAB ว่ายน้ำได้ทันทีหลังทำ แต่ถ้าเป็นยาทาเล็บธรรมดาควรรอให้แห้งสนิทหลายชั่วโมงก่อนโดนน้ำเป็นเวลานาน
ควรทำเล็บก่อนหรือหลังเที่ยวกิจกรรมกลางแจ้ง เช่น ช้างหรือปีนเขา?
หลังค่ะ เพราะกิจกรรมแบบนั้นอาจทำให้เล็บเสียหรือหลุดได้
ควรทำเล็บก่อนขึ้นเครื่องกี่วันดี?
แนะนำให้ทำล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อยหนึ่งวันก่อนเดินทาง เพื่อให้สีและเนื้อเจลเซ็ตตัวดี

การจองแบบกลุ่ม
สามารถจองแบบกลุ่มได้ไหม?
ได้ค่ะ เราเคยรับลูกค้ากลุ่มใหญ่ถึง 11 คน (จองล่วงหน้า) ถึงแม้จะไม่สามารถทำพร้อมกันทุกคนได้ แต่เราจะจัดเวลาสลับกันและมีที่ให้นั่งพักสบาย ๆ
หรือสามารถแนะนำร้านกาแฟและที่นั่งรอใกล้ ๆ ได้ด้วย
